Morning Barcelona Classical City Tour
Experience the exuberance and beauty of the beautiful port city of Barcelona. Visit the imposing gothic cathedral and other elaborate flights of architectural fancy that dot the city. You'll also see the athlete's village from the Barcelona Olympics, travel to the Montjuich Mountain and sample the famous Catalan wine.

Barcelona is one of the most beautiful and vibrant cities of Spain and this tour gives you a quick overview of its delights. Explore Plaza de Cataluna, Via Layetana, the cathedral and its cloister, Gothic Quarter, Plaza Sant Jaume (Generalitat and Town Hall). You'll continue on to the Villa Olimpica (athletes residential complex during the Olympics) and the Port Olimpic (Olimpic harbor), which you'll tour on foot. After that go up the Montjuich Mountain, which offers a panoramic view of the city and harbor. You shall tour the Stadium, Palau Sant Jordi and Calatrava Tower. Visit the Poble Espanyol (Spanish Village) which reproduces the most typical regional architectural styles in Spain. Here you will also be able to taste Catalan Cava, the renowned local sparkling wine. On the way back to enjoy a stop at the famous Hard Rock Café.

Morning Montserrat Tour
Marvel at the amazing setting of the Monastery of Montserrat and visit the famous Royal Basilica. Like thousands of pilgrims before you, you won't be left untouched by a visit to this magical mountain, with its peculiar rocky crags, hidden caves and legends of St Peter's 'Black Virgin' and the Holy Grail.

After driving through picturesque little villages you will arrive at the incomparable setting of the mountain of Montserrat, which rises majestically to 1235 meters. Then visit the Royal Basilica of Montserrat, which holds the famous 12 century Romanesque carving of Virgen Moreneta, the Black Virgin. The Royal Basilica has been one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Spain for hundreds of years. On some days the children's choir sings in the monastery at midday, and so you might also be fortunate enough to catch one of their delightful performances. On your way back to Barcelona make a stop at the harbor, where those passengers wishing to do so may visit the Aquarium on their own (entrance fee not included). There is also a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and cinemas in the area, so you may choose to conclude the tour and stay to explore. The bus will take the remaining passengers back to the original departure point. At time of booking, you can choose to travel to Montserrat by coach or by cog-wheel train. On the cog-wheel train you can take in a breathtaking view over the mountain range of Montserrat, which is both a unique natural environment in its own right and an emblematic site for the country of Catalonia.
